The product itself was a beauty, and I do recommend shopping with this jeweler, especially by phone. I had ordered it for my wife well within the time limit to have it shipped for Christmas, but there was a communication error between the amazon website and Littman, and it arrived well after the holiday. When I called their customer service rep, all my questions were answered efficiently, but that didn't help me for my gift (I wound up printing out the picture and giving her that as an IOU). Again, the cameo itself is great, with a gold backing that you can't see in this photo, but until they fix the site I wouldn't trust their shipping estimate.
